“You are so brave and quiet I forget you are suffering.” ~ Ernest Hemingway

I love this quote. It is simple yet it says so much. The world we live in right now is full of knowledge. It is so simple to jump on google and find the answers to whatever you want to know. It is also easy to update your facebook post to let all of your “friends” know what is going on in your life. I think sometimes we get carried away complaining about what is going on in our lives. I see countless updates on facebook that are always sad or angry or depressed. What ever happened to suffering in silence? Now, I am not saying we shouldn’t talk about what is happening in our lives or reach out to friends when we need some help, but is it really necessary to complain about the store not having the right shoe size in stock or having to wait in line a few extra minutes for your coffee? It is so easy to become a downer in this life. To look at everything in a negative light instead of a positive one. I try to be uplifting in everything I do, and I know that I am not always successful but I do try and I encourage everyone else to try as well.
